WEEKLY UPDATE

The past couple of weeks have been busy as usual, but blessed of God. Sunday week I was at the Shenandoah Baptist Church in Cleveland, Tennessee and pastor Jason Grubbs. This was my first opportunity to be in this Church. I was greatly blessed by all I saw and felt. There was a good crowd present and a wonderful sense of God's presence. Brother Jason is doing to good job and I anticipate great things in the future for this pastor and Church.

This past Sunday morning I was with Pastor Keith Purser and the New Birth Baptist Church near Clarksville, Georgia. It was also my first time to be in this Church. My heart was encouraged by the openness of the people and their response to the preaching of the Word of God and the needs of Native America. On Sunday night I was with Pastor Jack Lawson and the White Plains Baptist Church in Jefferson, Georgia. My heart was overwhelmed with the response of the people to Native America. They were very generous in their giving to a special project we have going. Sunday was one of those days that I will cherish in my heart.

I received the call the other day about a 23-year old Apache boy who died from complications from being an alcholic. I am grateful that one of our missionaries led him to the Lord about 2 weeks before he died. His story is one I hear almost weekly. There is no people on the face of the earth that is more needy of the story of the Lord Jesus who can saved them and set them free from the chains that hold most Native Americans in bondage. Thanks for all who help us pray for Native America.

Yours for Native America
Ken Trivette
